- Should you have rented the house for more than 1 week, the house will be cleaned on Saturdays and the linen will be changed.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
EUR 500 cash deposit are due on arrival.

- Reservations from Saturday to Saturday
- Casina Montemerano is a non-smoking villa.
- The fireplace may not be used in June, July, August and until end of September; for May and the end of September please inquire when booking.
- If only the guest house is rented, the owner stays in the main house. The owners have 2 dogs which are left to roam freely.
- Pool opening dates: beginning of May, weather permitting - end of September
