Built in the early 1900s and meticulously restored in 2020, this historic villa carefully preserves the architectural elements of the Liberty style, also known as Art Nouveau. The spaces were renovated with respect to the past and are functional, elegant, and comfortable. The preserved Liberty architectural details are everywhere, from the iron handrail of the stairs, the moldings, and stuccoes, to the colored glass windows, flourishing floral patterns, and ceramic tiles. The major idea behind this style was to maximize the use of natural light, incorporating large windows, skylights, and other features to create bright, airy interiors.
The property consists of two fully air-conditioned buildings: the main villa and the annex. In total, it can accommodate up to ten people in five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The villa is perfect for sea lovers and those who enjoy immersing themselves in local culture. Mondello offers a wide range of activities and attractions, from water sports to restaurants and a vibrant local atmosphere.
