An external staircase (9 steps) leads immediately to a private small balcony equipped with a small round table and two chairs from which you can enter the apartment. There is an other outdoor area located just beneath the apartment in the garden.

Though Rosmarino is the smallest of all of the apartments, due to the secluded location you enjoy a very special private atmosphere.

Prezzemolo is situated on the ground floor. The living room has two French doors making it especially bright. One side of the flat affords a view of the gravel forecourt, while the other looks out onto a large grassy area with outdoor seating.

Alloro takes in two levels. The living room looks onto the pool area, the vineyards and the forests. The outdoor seating is located on a grassy area just in front of the kitchen. Alloro and Prezzemolo are located in the same building.

TIP! Alloro and Prezzemolo can be combined with one another via a connecting door (rented together there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms). Please note: if rented together by one party the maximum capacity of 8 people must not be exceeded.

Salvia is laid out on the ground floor (3 or 4 steps connect the living room with the kitchen). The outdoor seatings are located in front of the apartment. There are two terraces: one small in front of the kitchen and a larger one in front of the living room and one of the bedrooms.

Gelso is laid out on the ground floor (3 steps connect the living area with the sleeping area). The outdoor seating is located in front of the apartment: There is a large terrace which is partly covered by a roof and accessable from the kitchen. One part of the terrace is equipped with table and chairs, the other with a garden sofa and garden armchairs.

First floor in a mansard:

Ginestra takes in two levels. The terrace looks onto the country side and the towers of San Gimignano in the distance. The outdoor seating is located in front of the apartment on a former threshing floor.

Lavandolis is situated on the ground floor. The living room has two French doors making it especially bright - it is a spacious room, large enough to seat 8 people around the kitchen table (perfect if rented together with Ginestra). The outdoor seating is located in front of the apartment on a former threshing floor.

Salvia, Ginestra and Lavandolis are located in the same building.
